Mary Margaret Embroli

Owner/Broker Mary Margaret Embroli was one of the pioneers of the Buyer Broker Agency concept. She recognized that Buyers did not have adequate representation or rights in traditional real estate firms. Up until the mid- to late-1980’s, all the agents represented the Seller in most real estate transactions. In order to level the playing field and offer Buyers the representation they deserve, she established Omega Realty in 1989 and positioned it to fulfill the niche market as a Single Agency firm, specializing in Buyer representation. Prior to relocating to Cape Coral in 1985, Mary Margaret served as the Training Director for Empire of America, FSB in Buffalo, NY. Originally, a second grade teacher, she became involved in insurance sales, financial planning and real estate investing prior to obtaining a Florida Real Estate License in 1986. She obtained her Florida Brokers License in 1988. Mary Margaret has a passion for education and believes in lifelong learning and making a difference in the lives of others—especially children. She’s fortunate enough to have her only grandchild living next door to where she resides with her husband, retired CPA Paul Swanson. They happily share their tropical home with tons of plants, frogs, and Koi.
