Michele Schafer

Managing Broker Michele Schafer has been successfully managing Real Estate interests and portfolios of her clients for over twenty years. Beginning her career in Omaha, NE in 1986, she has worked with a broad base of clients who range from permanent and seasonal homebuyers to commercial businesses. Her Midwestern genuineness and common-sense approach to problem solving have both endeared her to clients and given her the ability to quickly close complex negotiations. Based in Cape Coral since 2001, Michele is extremely knowledgeable in local real estate trends in Cape Coral and the surrounding region. Her experience and connections with local businesses have enabled her to quickly ascertain her client’s best interests and identify real estate and related services that best meet those needs.
