friendly atmosphere and has shot to the top of developers' best-places-to-build list. It is being revitalized with new construction and development activity, particularly in the downtown River District.

Downtown Fort Myers consists of 540 acres and includes a central business district surrounded by commercial and residential neighborhoods. The area is on the cusp of an influx of new residents into high-rise condominiums and mixed-use development is now under construction. These new residents will provide a backbone of sustainable growth, ushering in the city's rebirth and transformation of the downtown area into a thriving urban center of activity.

The City of Fort Myers is investing millions in park-like, pedestrian-friendly streetscapes. Exciting new restaurants and cultural venues are opening. And international investors are finishing up renovation of every available, qualifying building in the Downtown Historic District.

‘The City has created generous developer incentives to help in the revitalization of the area and the State of Florida has designated 10 square miles in Central and East Fort Myers as an Enterprise Zone, targeted for economic revitalization. Businesses that create new jobs are eligible for sales tax credits and refunds, as well as state corporate income tax credits.

Beau Rivage The 22-story Beau Rivage luxury residential tower in Fort Myers stands heads above the rest for reasons beyond its 280' profile. Every unit has unobstructed views of the shimmering Caloosahatchee River. Boats, birds and wildlife attracted to this one mile-wide river paint eye-catching panoramas by day. First Street Village Commercial growth has already begun and will be the catalyst to entice new residents.
