Annette has over 20 years of experience in planning and development and is the Commercial Division Manager for Omega Realty. Formerly the Planning Division Manager at the City of Cape Coral, she is knowledgeable in local codes and ordinances and has been a instrumental in creating the new land use and zoning codes that are stimulating new commercial and mixed use development within the City. As President of AMB Planning Consultants, Inc. Annette advises developers on major development projects within the region. Prior to coming to southwest Florida, Annette was a Director in Mayor Giuliani’s administration, advising him and other key officials on land use, zoning and environmental matters. In addition to her real estate license, she has a Masters of Science in Urban Policy Planning.

Michele is the Managing Broker for Omega Realty and a key member of the Commercial Team. She has been successfully managing real estate interests and portfolios for over 20 years. She began her career in Omaha, NE in 1986, where she worked with a broad base of clients that ranged from permanent and seasonal homebuyers to commercial businesses. Her Midwestern genuineness and common-sense approach to problem solving, have both endeared her to clients and given her the ability to quickly close complex negotiations. Based in Cape Coral since 2001, Michele is extremely knowledgeable of local real estate trends in Cape Coral and the surrounding region. Her experience and connections with local businesses have enabled her to quickly ascertain her client’s best interests and identify real estate and related services that best meet those needs.
