response to the CRA's RFP for development proposals for
the properties located north of Cape Coral Parkway, south of
47th Terrace, west of SE 9th Place and east of SE 8th Court.
This project is unparalleled in its scope and size for the
downtown area. It would result in 156 residential units and
330,000 s.f. of office, commercial retail/restaurant floor
