"Ms. Barbaccia coordinated the preparation of the design, planning and submission of the Village Square proposal in response to the CRA's RFP for development proposals for the properties located north of Cape Coral Parkway, south of 47th Terrace, west of SE 9th Place and east of SE 8th Court. This project is unparalleled in its scope and size for the downtown area. It would result in 156 residential units and 330,000 s.f. of office, commercial retail/restaurant floor area. Ms. Barbaccia worked well with all team members and city staff on this initiative. She was always timely, responsive and creative in addressing difficult project issues."
Robert A. Lee, Jr., President of Downtown Village Square LLC and Island Development, LLC

"We are working with Ms. Barbaccia on the Piazza DiVenezia, a large mixed-use project in the Downtown CRA. Throughout the years, we have grown to respect Ms. Barbaccia more and more and her organizational and coordination talents, which are especially effective in this project regarding the preparation of development plan and related development applications. Her in-depth knowledge of Cape Coral's existing and proposed zoning districts, the various city processes, as well as additional state and local issues make her an important asset in proceeding with this project."
